User Account :
User Account can be created only by the Site Administrator. External Users cannot be able to create account.
User Accounts are created based on the explicit request from the Site users. Upon creation of the User Account, an automated E-mail will be sent to the respective Users with the log in credentials and an one time log in URL. User can use either one of them to log in to Techdive.
User Profile :
User can create his own Profile at Techdive.
Following are the steps to setup the Profile.
1. In the Left Navigation block (top most corner), navigate to My Account link.
My Account -> EDIT -> account
In Account, you can manage your User name, Password, E-mail, Photos (Upload picture), Personal Contact Form etc.
Note: Photos will be displayed on top of your posts.
My Account -> EDIT -> general information
In General Information section, you can write a short biography of your life, provide Twitter, Linked, Face book URL, Area of interests.
My Account -> EDIT -> personal information
In Personal Information section, you can provide your First Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Gender, Occupation and Location.
Note: Date of Birth and Gender are kept private and will not be shown publicly.
